I'm not a typical loan officer. As a broker I place every kind of loan there is — conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM, DSCR, HELOC, reverse mortgages. After ten years doing this, there is not much involving the financing of a property that I have not already seen.

Knowledge is the part most people are missing. Most borrowers walk into a mortgage not knowing what they don't know, and that is exactly where the expensive decisions get made. Having 190+ lenders to work with means I am not finding you a loan — I am finding you the right one. The one that fits your situation rather than the one that closes fastest for me.

I'll be straightforward with you. If a deal doesn't make sense, I'll say so. If there's a better option you haven't considered, I'll show you. Whether you're buying your first home, scaling an investment portfolio, or pulling equity out of a property you already own, I want you to understand exactly what you're signing and why.

That takes being reachable, so I make myself available seven days a week. I would much rather answer a question early than untangle a misunderstanding late.

How I work

01

Understand the goal first

Lowering a payment and paying a loan off faster are opposite loans. Naming the actual objective before shopping anything prevents an expensive mismatch.

02

Shop the file, not the shelf

The same application goes to multiple lenders. Pricing and guidelines differ enough between them that the right placement is often worth more than a rate negotiation.

03

Say when it does not make sense

If the numbers do not work, you should hear that before you apply. A deal that costs you money is not a deal I want to close.
