What you are agreeing to when you share a mobile number with us, and how to stop messages at any time.
Consent
By providing your mobile number to Ariya Naghibi at West Capital Lending, Inc., you agree to receive text messages related to your loan inquiry, application status, and the documents needed to move it forward. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of obtaining credit.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the stage of your loan. You may receive more messages while an application is active and fewer at other times.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier, not us, sets those charges.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Opting out of texts does not remove you from phone or email contact — ask directly if you want those stopped as well.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are used only for the communication described above.
